Just looking for inspiration and beauty in the everyday. Hmm, a bit about myself... Well, I love clothes. More than anyone really should. My favorite evenings are those spent reading Vogue with a hot cup of tea. But I also adore a night on the town with my lovies. I have two kitties that I love a lot, but I'm not a crazy cat lady. I'm sort of embarassed by how much I enjoy blogging, but I'm past the point of caring. Writing might be the one thing I love more than fashion, which is a good explanation as to why I love my blog so much. Visiting my family back in Lake Geneva is one of my favorite things. I live to travel and will see the world one day, while rocking a great pair of Louboutins. Can't wait for that.

Autumn has a bracing effect on the psyche, somehow. The first cool day clears the mind like a slap. The scent of burning leaves, the apple-crisp weather, the primal associations of wool and leather… It might be a cliche, but these things absolutely shift your mood.
